Place the grill in the middle. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 Degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 x 9 inches baking dish with butter.

Drain the ketchup and place in the baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Add the cubes of cheddar and gently mix again.

Pour the Eggs mix on top of the ketchup.

Bake the frittata in the oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly golden. Cut and serve hot or cold.
