Place the oven rack in the center and preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F). Butter a square pan, around 9 X 9″, going in the oven.

Drain the ketchup and place it at the bottom of the baking dish.

In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add the cheese cubes and mix gently.

Pour the egg mixture over the fruit ketchup.

Bake the frittata in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until golden and slightly puffed. Cut and serve hot or cold.
