Brush naan bread with rosée sauce. Garnish with shrimp and, if desired, cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella.

On the hot, oiled barbecue grill, cook the pizzas for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden and crisp.

When ready to serve, garnish each pizza with arugula.
