Place the grill in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven at 350 Degrees F (180 Degrees C).

Rub the loins with flour. Heat oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tenderloins until browned on all sides, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer tenderloins to a plate.

Add some butter in the skillet if needed and cook the leek for 3-4 minutes. Add the Delices D’Autrefois Ketchup jar and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until the ketchup has reduced about 1/4. Put the loins back in the skillet and cover with sauce.

Cook in the oven for 18 to 25 minutes or as desired.

Remove from the oven and cover with foil paper. Let it stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with vegetables.
