Preheat oven to 450 ° F.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a work surface cut the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Salt and pepper. Place the squash on the plate, flat part down and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the squash is tender at the tip of a knife. Let cool.

Lightly fray the flesh with a fork.

Fill the two halves of the squash with the Tofu sauce Délices D’Autrefois.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
