Preheat the oven to 205 ° C (400 ° F).

Place the baby potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking.

Meanwhile, cut the turkey breasts into slices. Salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Brown the turkey slices for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Place the turkey slices on the baking sheet containing the baby potatoes, then brush them with cranberry sauce. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the inside of the turkey has lost its pink color and the potatoes are tender.

Divide the raclette cheese over the turkey slices. Brown in the “grill” position for 2 to 3 minutes.

When ready to serve, garnish with green onions.
