Preheat the oven to 205 ° C (400 ° F).


Take the zest and the juice of a lemon. Set aside in a bowl. Cut the remaining lemon half into rings. Reserve.


In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Brown the chicken breasts for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.


On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the chicken breasts, broccoli and onion. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper. Garnish the chicken breasts with lemon slices. Bake for 15 minutes.


Meanwhile, add the Alfredo sauce to the bowl containing the zest and lemon juice. Stir.


Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts. Continue cooking in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until the inside of the chicken has lost its pink colour.
